Owned by the City of Lenexa, Matt Taylor Park is a 3.1-acre park located at 82nd Terrace and Rosehill Road. Matt Taylor Park includes four lighted tennis courts, one reservable shelter house, one basketball court and two playground areas. The shelter can accommodate groups of up to 64 people, and includes one BBQ grill, eight picnic tables (64 people seated), electricity, drinking fountain, no restrooms, close parking and trash receptacles. In 2010, Matt Taylor Park received complete renovations for the tennis courts, including new surfacing, new fencing and state of the art lighting.
