Jalapenos Mexican Restaurant was founded in Stanley Kansas in 1991. Striking success with the first location we decided to reach out to the Missouri side and opened our second location in the Brookside area of Missouri in 1995. With a foundation of family members, friends and devoted staff Jalapenos created an environment of success through fresh food, attention to detail and quality service. That "recipe" helped make us what we are today and allowed us to serve generations of Peppers to the present day. ​In 2013 the two original partners decided to part ways with each taking a well established location, Pat Hernandez continuing to run the Stanley restaurant and Benny Hernandez the Brookside restaurant. Each owner is committed to keeping the Jalapenos standards of fresh food, attention to detail and quality service that you have grown to love.
