I have always enjoyed baking and bringing smiles to people with my baked goods. I fell in love with sandwich cookies when a friend of mine gave me an oatmeal sandwich cookie for Christmas. This was the beginning of my quest to find delicious and unique flavor combinations. They have become my favorite and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
