SMH - Center for Pain Medicine

The Shawnee Mission Center for Pain Medicine is a comprehensive interventional pain management center. Our primary goal is to provide patients with the capability to return to their highest level of function in their daily lives. Our Board-Certified anesthesiologists have specialized training in pain management. Also included on staff is a doctor of psychology, registered nurse practitioners, physicians assistant and therapeutic yoga instructor. Our team works together with the patient's other physicians and specialists to develop a comprehensive plan of care. We accept new patients only by referral from primary care physicians and specialists.

Our primary goal is to provide our Kansas City patients with the capability to return to the highest level of function in their daily lives. We strive to achieve these goals in a compassionate and ethical manner.
